Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping timelines depend on the carrier selected at checkout. Once transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. Pleasure Haus does not ship internationally; domestic U.S. shipping only.

7. Final‑Sale Categories & Returns
Adult Products
All adult toys and intimate accessories are final sale once opened, tested, worn, or used. Unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days. Defect claims must be submitted within 48 hours.
Lingerie
All lingerie is non‑returnable, except for verified manufacturer defects reported within 48 hours.
Manufacturer Defects
Approved defect claims may qualify for replacement or store credit. Defects not qualifying for store resolution must be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty program.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, branding, text, images, and media on the Services are owned by Pleasure Haus or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
