Processing & Shipping

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping: Orders ship via the standard carrier and method selected at checkout. Delivery timelines vary by carrier and destination. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.

Large & Oversized Items (Dungeon Furniture & Equipment)

Certain large or oversized items — including dungeon furniture, bondage benches, St. Andrew's crosses, and other heavy equipment — are shipped directly from our supplier and may require additional handling time. Shipping rates for these items are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.

Please note the following for oversized shipments:

  • Shipping times may be longer than standard orders — typically 5–14 business days depending on your location and item availability.
  • Freight shipments may require a signature upon delivery or curbside delivery only. Inside delivery is not guaranteed unless specified.
  • Tracking will be provided once your order has been fulfilled by our supplier.
  • We are unable to ship certain large items to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Domestic Shipping Only: We currently do not ship internationally. Orders can only be delivered within the United States.
